1. It’s a great post. I too have got so much to show gratitude for, it’s far more positive than the is being told ‘you should be grateful’ missive I grew up with 🙂

  2. Well, to be honest, gratitude does not come naturally to me. I tend to go to what’s missing, what’s not quite right, what could be a threat to my wellbeing. But I am working on it. Today, your post reminds me to be thankful for all the good things I have. My beloved family & friends, my spirituality, my work, and lots more. Thx!

  3. No doubt it helps to be grateful! I typically don’t do the “post something you’re grateful for every day” things because I forget to post… but i am very grateful for many, many things in my life. My family, my friends, the awesome art co-op I am part of, my church, my home, etc.

  4. Isnt’ it funny how what we focus on can happen? I think that is the Secret of the Secret. It’s not magic. It’s just how we use our energy. Like you and your posting!

I think it’s important to be grateful for what you have. Not just because it’s an obligation or something like that, but it helps you maintain a positive attitude throughout the day. This is a lovely message!

  6. Love this post. Gratitude, which is a form of acknowledging everything – good or bad – that happens in our life, brings happiness into our life. Thanks, Klee!

It is important to be grateful to everything! I am teaching my son to be grateful even in little things he got.

I think it can be easy yet hard at times. I think it’s so important to be grateful though. Everything goes much easier when you’re grateful.

We all need to have gratitude. it’s true if you are busy counting your blessings theres no time to hold onto grudges.

  10. I have been through so much in the last 5 or so years that I can always be grateful and gracious in every situation. I am compassionate and understanding about most and still keep a smile in the worst of situations. I think it does no one any harm to be nice and to try and put a smile on through a day and just give a little happiness back.

  11. I do a gratitude list atleast twice a week. it helps me stay humble and realize all the great things i have in my life to be greatful for and not to complain about what I dont have.

  12. I don’t “count” the aspects of my life that are positive and that I am grateful for each day, but I do think about things I am thankful for each day. Truth be told, even on our worst days where we aren’t getting along, I have to admit that I am still grateful to have such a wonderful husband, for example. I think one of the most important things is to not compare the worst parts of your life to the best of someone else’s. You can never have everything, and if someone has something you don’t, they probably lack something you have in another aspect. That’s balance!
