  1. I’m so sorry about your mom. I lost mine 7-1/2 years ago and still miss her every day. Some pains just never quite heal. Although I’m grateful her pain is gone.

    I very much like to start my day with prayer and Bible time and find that it definitely enhances my day. When I don’t do that, I just feel off-kilter the rest of the day. Unfortunately, those days happen way too often.

    And my answer to number 2 is a shameful no. I don’t regularly submit my plans for the day to the Lord. That’s a big fail.

    -1- Do you find starting the day with meditation sets a good foundation for the rest of the day? Yes, I do. It feels like I’m missing something if I don’t.

    -2- Do you practice regularly submitting your plans for the day to God? I haven’t, but I should try doing this.

  3. My thoughts and prayers are with you a day that must be difficult for you. It really is wonderful that in her last days, your mother was surrounded by people she loved and loved her.
