Balance, the Key to Life – Not Always Easy to Achieve

Balance, the Key to Life – Not Always Easy to Achieve

Balance is the Key to Life…

But Is It Achievable?

Balance is key – but how do we achieve it?

“It takes discipline to balance your life.

Examine your life today, and do what is needed to bring balance to the way you use your time.

If you have been asking God to lead you in the way you should go, you will have a sense of purpose building in you.

You can ask God to help you plan your day, your week, and your life.

I encourage you to write down the things that God imprints on your heart to do. Writing the vision, and placing it where you can routinely see it, will help settle the plan God puts inside of you.

Life without purpose is vanity. Today is an opportunity to willfully and deliberately seek God with the intent to know Him better than we knew Him yesterday.

Today we can deliberately move forward with the intent to accomplish good things for the kingdom.”

–Joyce Meyer in “Starting the Day Right”

My Reflections

Balance, planning, and purpose…relevant areas of my life under development right now.  I am determined to continue to pull down strongholds, overcome hurdles, and achieve a greater level of productivity and victorious living that aligns with the purpose in my life.

So what are YOUR thoughts?

Is your life balanced or off balance right now?

Do you have a plan to achieve balance, and to discover or fulfill your purpose in life?

  1. Fall is a great time of year to stop and think… I’m seeking balance since my son is born, 4 years ago. Being a mom, a wife and now a blogger is not always easy. The hardest part is when my husband and I don’t push on the same priorities.
    Thank for sharing 😉

  2. Balance is a feeling derived from being whole and complete; it’s a sense of harmony. It is essential to maintaining quality in life and work. Your life is made up of many vital areas including your health, family, financial, intellectual, social, work, spiritual, recreation, personal growth, romance and more.

  3. I definitely need more balance in my life. Right now, sleep gets cut so that I can accomplish everything else that needs to get done in the day. But taking care of myself needs to be more of a priority and I realize that. Thanks for this little reminder : )

  4. Sometimes balance in everything is SO DIFFICULT to find. I know as a work from home mom – there are so many times where I find myself stretched so thin because I feel obligated to do so much with the kids since they are here + I can make my own work hours.

  5. my life is also a chaos. With 2 children at home 14 & 7 years and a man who is internally a truck driver, everything actually falls on my shoulders. It sometimes goes a bit difficult with schedules and sports and housekeeping but anyway … I am always positive & happy … as it is only for the children
