    Thanks for sharing this inspiring post. Our default way of responding to unpleasant situations in our lives is whining and complaining. To do the opposite requires discipline and deliberate programing of the mind for positive thinking.

    As for me, though the temptation to whine and complain abounds, I have decided never to give in to them.

    Great challenge, not so easy to do though (she said, complaining!!). Seriously though, I think working on keeping our spirits up is important,and can only benefit from being more positive and refusing to indulge in mindless whinging! Great idea, thanks!
